Sethu is a serial entrepreneur, has launched four ventures and successfully scaled them up. He has thirty two years experience spanning Consumer goods/Retail, Telecom and IT/BPO Services and Consulting and advisory firms guiding clients in Business Strategy, Data Analytics, Business Transformation, Operational excellence, E-Business, Leadership Development through consulting, coaching, mentoring and training services.
He has deep and rich expertise implementing, advising, coaching and facilitating Strategy and Operational frameworks namely Balanced Scorecard (BSC), Net Promoter Score (NPS), Predictive Analytics (PA) and Lean Six Sigma (LSS) as Coach, Consultant and Trainer to leading corporates.
He is a passionate Value investor and an ardent follower of Benjamin Graham and Warren Buffet. He firmly believes in the philosophy of long term wealth creation through prudent investments.
A quant to the core, he holds a Masters (M.Tech - Hons) from the Indian Statistical Institute - Calcutta with a first degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Madras
He is NISM certified, IRDAI Licensed Insurance Adviser (Life and General) and working towards becoming Fellow of Institute of Actuaries.
